If it isn't already obvious, most fans hate Ash. Personally, I don't mind him much.

Often times I feel myself developing a large, or personal connection with the character displayed on TV/Game screen, sometimes to the point in which I wish they were reality. I view it as me getting into the story, after all, we're supposed to feel connected to these characters, right? =p
