Well, I've tried some new techniques, and I want to get some feedback on the banner. I made this for a friend, Dragonair-Kun, so that's why it says Dragonair.

Just looks like a filtered background to me o.O

^I go with him. It does look like a Filetered Background but I can't make any banners so I think it is okay.

It's acctually made with burshes, my first brush banner acctually, just want to get some feedback on what to improve ^^

Well, its good for your first brush banner.
You could try using different brushes, add a border and maybe change the text so its more readable.
also there is quite a lot of empty space so you could add a stock (picture) to it.

I forgot to put a border, but that's easy done. Okay, so I couldn't find a good picture to the banner, and Dragonari did not want one. Als, he wanted the font like that.
