What is the difference between the two? And, what is CSS?

HTML stands for HyperText Makeup Language. CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. HTML is supposed to contain content and no presentational code while CSS is supposed to contain presentational code and no content.

HTML is what you use to display the stuff. CSS you can edit properties and make the web page look better.

Oh, that clears it up, Lock it plz

You seriously need to google before asking these kinds of questions.
