To be completely honest with you, I'm not too impressed. They're not too amazing. The banners are basically "Background. Image. Set opacity of image to 45. Another graphic. Go back a layer. Add large brush behind graphic. Insert text. Put outer glow on somwhere around 55." And you call it a day. Basically, brush OVER your images. Not to the point where you can't see them, but at least to where you blend it a bit. Also, stop using the outer glow like that. The way you're using it is to seperate the image from the banner, which looks good in some styles, but sucks in others. Try to find more brushes from other sites; you're using the same one's over again. Once again, that could be a good thing if you use them in a different style, but in this case it's the same way over and over again.

You have rare talent and much potential, but you're using it in the completely wrong ways. I'm only critting you hard because I know that you can do awesome graphics if you apply yourself.

I have to disagree with Michii. I've seen better, but I've definitely seen much worse.
so keep polishing those skills and show us what you do with them =)

I love the Rock Lee one. A lot. I just like the whole thing with the rays coming out and the leaves in the background. It looks incredibly simple, yet it is really quite visually appealing ^^ Maybe add a different texture or pattern to the white bit, but otherwise, it looks great.

As for the others, you can make good backgrounds, I can see that. They're simple, they match, they aren't overly extravagant, so they don't take too much focus out of the render (maybe besides the Naruto and Sasuke ones; the spotty/flowery brushes look a bit too distracting. And now that I look at it for a second time, the background Sakura image is a bit distracting as well). Overall, you've pretty much got most of the basics down. Now, try to get into more difficult techniques and explore with all the tools available. Try out different styles and look for tutorials, it will help.

Some of this stuff is not so bad. Keep working on it and you'll definitely get better ^^
