I was wondering is hacking pokemon games simular to making rpg maker games

no, they are different from each other.

The scripts on RPGMakers are harder than Romhacking I guess, but RPGMakers has no limits?

Yeah,RPG, you can basicly create how far your game map is, make the garphics any color you want, unblike in Hacking, you are limited to colors and size. Although both of them have their ups and downs. It all depends on how weel you know the program. Or if you like either of.

Also, I dont really like RPGMakers because their graphics is really crap. I am still happy with romhacking I am doing now :)

Rom-hacking is cool. But it would be cooler if it had some options RPG Maker had. But still cool.

thanks for your imput. just waned to know sine i've used it for year. and oh yeah the graphics and features have improved on the newer verisions.

    Wrong place sweetie. ^_^; *Movsie.*

ROM hacking, and games made by RPGmaker are different.

ROM hacking, you have everything there, you're just gotta make some custom modifcations.

RPGmaker, you have the engine, but you gotta make the map, story, events, coding, ect.

Trust me, I've been in both worlds. ~.^
But the one thing they both have in common, you gotta be creative. ^0^
