[Custom Feature Question] Custom Ability code needed

    I came up with an idea about a custom ability. I dont know how to code it though so i was hoping some of you will help me make if you like it. The custom ability is essentially an opposing truant. What do i mean by that is that the opponents pokemon will attack every other turn because of the pokemon you have. Feel free to post the script below if you like my idea.
