Hmm... Probably Jirachi and Manafi. Especialy Manafi looks really cute!

Seriously, Phanpy's tooooooo cute. There was this one part in the latest movie where it was wagging its tail and I almost died from the cuteness. DIED I tell you!! XD

AHAHA! Someone who agrees with me!! Yes!:classic: Phanpy? Is CRAAAAAAZY cute. o_o I love it. It's like my dog...I always tell my dog, he has so much cuteness in him, it could kill someone. And it could. Same with the pokémon. :knockedou
And I think Koffing is cute too.:D
 
The first stage of all Pokémon who evolve, especially the ones who have three evolutions (or more), are cute in their own special way. Of course, all Pokémon who are only obtainable from eggs are cute no matter how you look at them.

But the cutest Pokémon of them all are the Pichu Brothers, as well as the rest of their group: Teddiursa, Magby, Wooper, Smoochum, and Azumarill. They're my top pick of the litter.
 
Same. I think all the Pre-Evolutions are the cutest.

Like Azurill, Pichu (Pikachu could count too... since it originally didn't have a Pre-Evolution), Sunkern (XD), Trapinch, Growlithe, Charmander, Ect ect...

I think Nintendo intended to make Skitty cute..

...thats why it has the..umm..the love ability thingy.
 
Hmm... Gulpin, Swalot, Swinub, Piloswine, Ekans, Trapinch, Phanpy, Feebas (FEEBAS ISH CUTE. Agree or be swallowed by Gulpin. XD), Azurill, Mew, Lileep, Cradily, Spheal, Shuppet, Banette, all Basic form Starter PKMN, Celebi, Togepi... Much, eh? XD
 
Ralts is cute beyond all words in my book. It always has this shy, sweet appearance to it.

Then, of course, Mawile, Raichu, and Venonat all get in at a close second with each other.

Well, I think it's Snorlax.
Look at him! Those wittle paws, and his big smile, and and at how peaceful he looks enven though he weighs 1,000+ pounds...

Otherwise, I agree with Eig... execpt for Feebas...

Misdreavus is adorable. So is Magby. (Heh, I'm just about the only person I know of who likes Magby...)

Whoops! Forgot those, too.

Yeah, Magby and Vulpix are cute. I wouldn't classify Misdreavus as "Cute" as much as "Preaty."

Actually, I'd include Magby somewhere on the list of cute pokemon. Smoochum, too.
And...Whismur, Altaria, Forretress, Octillery, Politoed, Trapinch....many others...
