Cutey Honey reference in Ghost of Maiden's Peak?

    When the Maiden's Ghost reveals itself to be a Gastly (in addition to the old fortuneteller), it makes a speech similar to Go Nagai's famous character, Cutey Honey.

    Anyone who's familiar with the latter show think so?
