    i'm using a new pc and downloaded cyclone
    but it didn't wolrk
    cuz error some file missing or something
    plz help

    I'd suggest you to ask in the Rom Hacking simple questions thread, or simply to google the file that is missing and download it. That way it won't be missing anymore.
