Kinda sounds like Kazon, which is an alien race on Star Trek: Voyager. Or is it pronounced Kaz-ee-on?

I think the Japanese name can be 'Kazeon', since Kaze is wind, and the english name can be 'Cycloneon', since it's name makes more sense in English. I can't choose...

That and names like that don't seem too roll off the tounge smoothly, or just sound a bit too made-up, like Windeon.

My vote is for Kazeon. For me, Cylconeon feels a touch awkward.
