I think the Japanese name can be 'Kazeon', since Kaze is wind, and the english name can be 'Cycloneon', since it's name makes more sense in English. I can't choose...

My vote is for Kazeon. For me, Cylconeon feels a touch awkward.

I voted for Cycloneon because it sounds the best.Kazeon sounds too much like Kazemon.
