Cyrus's Conspiracy?

So I just had a quick question about this card:

If I'm searching through my deck and can only find 2 of the 3 requirements (ie. an Energy and Supporter, but not the Galactic Trainer), what happens? Since the card does not mention "you may" or "up to" or the like but rather states it as a requirement, it got me confused.

From what I understand, you can take whatever you find. If you don't have a Trainer with Galactic in its name, you don't take one, but you take the other two.

if you have 5 trainers with galactic in their name, you can choose to pick just one energy. You pick what you WANT. If you need an energy, just pick that. Or maybe you have 10 energies but you want to do an uxie and play cyrus without searching anything

You can fail-search any card that tells you to search for a certain thing in your deck (like Cyrus, in contrast to PokeDrawer+)
