4th Gen D/P LOL moments

Gengar Killing itself using curse​
 
Umbreon partner in battle tower. It has NO attack moves and heals itself when I try to kill it. Ended up losing my 28 win streak :(
 
I defeated arceus with a shaymin. Arceus died in three hits. XD Didn't even damage me.

The details:

Arceus appeared!

Shaymin used earth power! Arceus's special defense fell!

Arceus used recover! Arceus regained health!

Shaymin used grass knot! [arceus is almost dead...]

Arceus used future sight!

Shaymin used psychic! A critical hit!

Arceus fainted!

Arceus disappeared from sight...

I find it funny that shaymin is UU.


My best "LOL" moment during legitimate play was in the battle tower.

Gallade used swords dance.
A croagunk used swagger.
Gallade was holding a persim berry.
Croagunk was owned by psycho cut. =]

Struggle does hit ghosts. I was using JUST Shedinja in a battle with my friend, none of his attacks affected me, and my Shedinja's moves were poor, he kept using Synthesis and Recover, that kinda thing to keep him alive, and then his Jumpluff ran out of PP, used Struggle, and my Shedinja got KO'd!
 
Opponents pokemon uses Explosion only takes out 1/8 of my hp...then he sends out another pokemon uses Expolsion agian only takes out 1/8 of my Hp and he had 3 pokemon he did this with.....so i just sat back and did nothing XD
 
My lol moment was when you are in the galactic building were there was a grunt with no pokemon he saids that he was the gruntiest of all the grunts!!! hahahah i was laughin my ass off ^^
 
Lmao, funniest moment so far is when I was in a battle on Wifi, and they Guy Sent out Raquayza (Lol, he was an uber noob.) and he used Rain dance. I laughed my butt off.
 
Also in Mt.Coronet there's that lost grunt with no pokemon.
I WAS LAUGHING MY HEAD OFF!

Haha, same here. Except I had my Umbreon use Double Team to max out evasiveness. All three used Explosion and missed. XD​
 
when i first played Pearl, and the little girl in Valley Windworks told me about a wind pokemon or something.
i went outside and couldnt see it, searched the grass and everything

came to check a tree on friday. floating purple pokemon.

i lol'd :D
 
This was in my Ruby game--

I walked in the grass near Fortree and encountered a Shiny Tropius. I had no idea it was shiny, and when it did the shiny animation (the stars flew around it) I thought it was sick or something, so I caught it with a Great Ball :D

3 years later, I lose my Ruby game.

*Still haven't found it yet TT^TT*
 
I believe I was battiling with Sir Aaron or whatever he's called and he sent out a Hariyama. I sent out a Lucario. Unfortunatly for me, the opponent's two Pokemon were Fire-types. "Houndoom used Flamethrower!" "It's super effective!" Hariyama actually managed to beat three Pokemon all by himself. However, the last one... not so much.
"Blah Blah sent out Budew!" And guess what Hariyama used? Reversal! On a GRASS type! On top of that, his HP wasn't even in the yellow zone! It was GREEN! Hariyama kept using Reversal, and unsuprisingly, Budew won. It wasn't very funny that day, but now I look back and LOL. =-]
 
When I last tried to catch Giratina, it took 7 restarts <.<
Everytime I get him to like, 1-4 HP, have him asleep or paralyzed, use somewhere around 50 Ultra Balls before he runs out of PP and struggles, killing himself and making me try again...
Ended up wasting my Master Ball on him D=Friend was there, laughing when it killed itself, wanted to slap her >.>
 
Well the Groomer in Vielstone I am suspecting has some secrets. As experience would have it, any character that says...

"Giggle... OK, lets get started, OK sweetie just relax... "

Followed by a fade out to a black screen just seems suspicious to me.


Definitely made me laugh
 
I had to level up Magikarp and I noticed "Tackle" was used so much the PP had gone and I used splash and It went "A Wild Magikarp" and I like O.o.

I had no other Pokemon in my team so I couldn't run because the Speed was really low. xD I had to turn the game off.

I beleive Buck calls your rival one too and I think I remember a Team Galatic memeber saying something about getting owned or owning b4
quite a lot of internet trash talk references this gen lol
 
The tricks of Metronome. I was just raising my Togepi for happiness, and here's some things that happened:

'Togepi used Memento!'
'Togepi fainted!'
Me: 'Argh, Togepi, you idiot!'

'Togepi used Judgment!'
Me: 'Cool! I love this move!' 8D

'Togepi used Fling!'
'Togepi flung its Soothe Bell at the foe!'
Me: 'What?! Noooooooooooo!' O__O

...So I lost my Soothe Bell. T-T I'll probably just reset the game, since you can always do all the things I did this morning without saving again, but I can't othervise get my Soothe Bell back. :P
 
when i used disable on a Magikarp that only knew splash
