It's transfer, not trade.
You put in both your D/P and your GBA game cartridges and select 6 Pokémon from your GBA game to transfer when starting D/P.
You'll then be able to catch them in Pal Park.

The Pal Park is a separate place in the game you'll be able to enter once you've got the National dex.

If by normal DS, you mean not DS lite, then yes, it will work.

As long as a game supports WiFi, it will work.
You just need a router or an USB connector.
Pal Park doesn't require WiFi though, you do it all local, since you directly transfer from your GBA game to your DS game.

I have Diamond and Fire Red. I am thinking about getting a Wi-Fi. I have a normal DS. So now if I get it I can go to the Pokemon Center and go to the bottom stairs and connect?

National Dex is very easy to get concerning the fact that you only need to see 150 Pokémon.

I see. I have 99 I think. Anways I'll keep on trying to get 150 if I can. Do you have to catch 150 or see 150?National Dex is very easy to get concerning the fact that you only need to see 150 Pokémon.

I already said you've got to see them ;)
And if you battle a lot of trainers, you'll see them all and the version exclusive legend will be shown to you by a woman.
I don't know the English name of the city, but it's after the foggy area and there is a shrine in the middle of it.

You need to see all 150 Pokémon from the Sinnoh dex to receive the national dex and get permission to enter Pal Park.
Alos keep in mind that not all new Pokémon are in the Sinnoh dex, a lot of them are in the national dex.
