im not gonna lie to you numblethumb your better off training the bulbasaur yourself to lvl 40 and do you have any other shiny

my list of shinies: all eeveelutions, dialga (ev'd), rayquaza, pichu, rapidash, marcargo, ditto, camerupt, charizard, metagross (ev'd), dusknoir, dusclops. And some more i cant remember
 
well i dont have a shiny squirtle but is there something that you are needing or looking for
