not shere. but i promise that i did not cheat in any way. i disprove of cheating. it takes all the fun and pride away.
 
That is really weird, nidoqueen is unable to out speed salamence, unless salamence has

a) Been paralyzed

b) Has that heavy item (Lagging tail or something)

or unless Nidoqueen used a move that always goes first.

Because nidoqueens MAX speed is 276, which is so crap compared to salamences MAX of 328.

Otherwise that nidoqueen was hacked, and if you claim they weren't you would allow an inspection of your pokemon through a trade, just to see if they have legal stats.

No.

Because the MAX speed of nidoqueen, includes max EVs, IVs and a +Speed nature.
 
Check his Nidoqueen in the trade menu thing.
