    Daisy petals are quite...

    Prim and silent...
    White? Innocent!

    Not quite vicarious,
    But still virtuous,
    Lacking in vigor
    And in virulence!
    Nevertheless, vague...

    Chaste and pure, yet melancholy,
    Simple little things that look pretty,
    Charming but lack true beauty

    Is this what everyone thinks
    When plucking daisy petals?
     
    Whimsical, fresh, and as always cute, with a lovely dash of alliteration~ A very sweet and peaceful perspective of daisy petals. I'm beginning to like your style..♥
     
    Hey this really has a great flow to it. I like the staccato element in that first couplet.
