it seems you don't have much experience in wifi battles....first off quick claw is a no-no and fly on flygon is poop.....and something is wrong with your golduck he shouldn't be doing that much to a shuckle with max sp.defense and in the sandstorm.....

i breed and EV-ed golduck in spatk and i think def and spdef

and maybe its IV are good idk
 
yeah but still his max sp.atk is only 317, and kingdra's is the same and it still doesn't do that much (using surf)
