Emerald hack: DarkRaichus' Minor Em

This hack modifies:

Base ROM: Pokémon Emerald Version (U)

If you like Emerald but maybe just wanted a teeny-weeny more, this is the hack for you!


Features:

- New prizes are available at the Battle Points Exchange Center
- Event Tickets are handed out upon obtaining access to Mystery Gift
- Steven can be battled daily and will play the Champion Battle theme
- Move Tutors will teach daily
- Gym Leader rematches will now be 1-on-1 battles (except for Tate & Liza)
- "Altering" Cave


Fixes:

- Using MWisBest's RNG fix ('rolling' for shiny pokemon and stats will not be predictable)
- No longer possible to duplicate Pokemon/items at the Battle Tower
- Oldale Clerk will not move into the tree if the player did not have space for the Potion item the first time around
- Questionnaire will not be available before receiving the Pokedex


Note:
- There are no new Pokemon locations.
- Compatible with saves of the unmodified ROM (Event Tickets will not be available if player has already gained access to Mystery Gift)

Does the RNG fix still work properly after VC injection ? I've correctly enable RTC and it seems to work with the clock in game.
