Right, onto "Glitching"
Darkshade and I made this thread to prove false rumours wrong, and to make an archive on glitches and sightings of glitch pokemon within R/B/Y, G/S/C, R/S/E FR/LG and D/P/P
We start with a clip from Pokemon Blue, which is of encountering a glitch pidgey when going into the grass with no pokemon in our team.
Here is the video:

Yes, i did use gamesharks, and no this is not hacked. This is 100% genuine and if you want me to replicate it, i can do it as many times as you like.
Will be updated shortly, this initial post is to prove we are serious about this and are passionate about Missingno. and other glitches.
P.S. Darkshade doesn't like blue, and thinks red rules ":P" (from darkshade)

Dragpyre's story:
Right, its storytime from me, Dragpyre!
This is a true story. I understand if you do not believe me, seeing as i have never been able to replicate this.
I got out good old pokemon yellow and started it up on a new game, seeing as my old game went a bit wrong. I got the potion from the PC and went out of the house to the grass.
We all know what follows after we go into the grass!
After leaving the lab, i went up to the grass but accidentally pressed right on the keypad, then up, which put me behind the rival's house.
At this point the game froze.
I frantically pressed the A, B, and directionals to try and get myself moving again. Then i noticed a strange movement. there was a "bump" going up and down adjacent to where i was standing.
After about a minute, i regained control. Pausing to look at my team, i had Pikachu in my first slot, and then "glitch block" M "glitch block"
In the end, its down to you whether you believe me or not.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now for "the mew glitch" and "gambler trick":
I have tried to replicate this, but all attempts have failed.
THINGS NEEDED:
a pokemon with fly or teleport
any type of pokeball
ok so we start off with this trainer (top left) DO NOT BEAT HIM!
or if this guy : (bottom right)
go infront of the door of the house above this man
and save just at this point,
take "1" step down from the door and press start as soon as you do!
an exclamation mark should appear above his head as you fly away.
and fly to cerulean.
Now the game will think you are in battle, you cant talk to people but you CAN get into pokemon battles.
walk up to nugget bridge and make the trainer in the first picture WALK up to you (if you dont make him walk the game will freeze
BEAT HIM (it shouldnt be hard as he only has a lv.17 slowpoke)
now FLY or TELEPORT to lavander, now in lavender walk to the path to the left and the START menu should pop up.
press exit or B to close it and it SHOULD trigger a battle with a lv,7 mew
another way of obtaining mew is what is known as the " ditto trick":
1. Have a pokemon with a special of 21
2 Fly away from the Gambler battle on route 8(left of lavender)
3. find any trainer and battle him
4. Fly to anywhere that has a Ditto in the wild
5. Let the wild Ditto transform into your Pokémon with the special of 21
6. Beat the Ditto (or just run away)
DO NOT FACE ANY OTHER POKEMON AFTER THIS!
7. return to route 8 (go to lavender, and walk to the left on that path)
8. if you did the trick correctly, you should be facing another Lvl 7 Mew!
Stat advantage:
It all comes down to hex numbers
Here you can get other pokemon too and even trainers!:
You can also use this to get other pokemon. Do as above, but instead of a pokemon with a special of 21, use a pokemon of the special listed below.

Charizard 'M:
Other in-game glitches (notably the Mew glitch) can produce the "Charizard 'M", a Pokémon named (Glitch block) 'M (Glitch block) but with the Charizard sprite. This glitch is a different from the normal 'M, acquired the same way as missingno. (we will show this later on) , and can possibly cause more damage to the game.
Charizard 'M can also change all of your pokémon in your team into Charizard 'M's, but the moves and type stay the same, and putting these pokémon into the PC could make the Box pokémon Charizard 'M's also. Depending on what happens, Charizard 'M can change the player's name to the letter Z, starting a new battle from the battle screen, or transform all your team's Pokémon into Bulbasaurs.
Unlike other glitch Pokémon, a Charizard 'M's ID number is always #000 and its OT will be blank or a set of letters selected at random from the player's name. Therefore, it is impossible to nickname a Charizard 'M unless with a cheat device, which could possible do even more damage to the game. Its cry is similair to static and occasionally causes silence, instead of the usual background music.
Charizard 'M is found in all the hex number slots from 248 to 255, not slot 0 like 'M; they are not the same thing. Its type, like a normal Charizard's, is Fire/Flying. It has been rumored that Charizard 'M can be used to swap moves of Pokémon stored in the PC, depending on the order they are taken out. Additionally, Charizard 'M is not recognized as a Pokémon in many situations. If it is placed in the player's party, it will turn all other Pokémon invisible and inaccessable. Charizard 'M cannot be healed at a Pokémon Center.
The Charizard 'M learns different attacks than a normal 'M: it learns Swords Dance at level 9, Slam at 11, TM50 (a glitch, not the move Substitute) at level 19, a nameless glitch attack at level 28, TM09 at level 30, Aurora Beam at 32, TM29 (another glitch, not Psychic) at level 33, Karate Chop at level 40, and Jack (A glitch which uses one of the pre-defined names for the player's character or rival) at level 62.
Although Charizard 'M seems to be the most common form of harmful M' (possibly caused by a blank pokemon slot in the party), this glitch can also appear as another Pokémon, such as Gengar, Machop, Ditto, or Butterfree. The glitch will have the same types as the portrayed Pokémon, but will learn different moves.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
'M:
Pokemon #000
Type 1/Normal, Type 2/Bird
Hex Value: 00
Moves it has when caught: Water Gun, Water Gun, Sky Attack
Yellow's version of 'M: 3TrainerPoke
TM Moves learnable: Cut, Fly, Mega Punch, Razor Wind, Swords Dance, Mega Kick, Toxic, Take Down, Double-Edge, Bubblebeam, Submission, Seismic Toss, Thunder, Fissure, Teleport, Rest, Thunder Wave, Tri Attack, Substitute
'M can be found by Surfing along the east coast of Cinnabar Island after watching the Old Man catch a weedle. 'M is a backwards-L shaped block of pixels. Since 'M's hex value is 00, any player can encounter 'M. They can appear at level 0 from or level 80.
When a level 0 'M levels up, it will evolve into Kangaskhan. When it evolves, any of the HMs or TMs that 'M has learned will transfer to the Kangaskhan. This means that you may have a Kangaskhan that knows Fly and other moves that a normal Kangaskhan would never learn.
Storing an 'M in your PC will cause the game to freeze whenever you try withdrawing any stored Pokemon. However, if you open your game in Pokemon Stadium 1 or 2, you can manually move the glitches out of your PC.
'M seems to cause much more damage to your Hall of Fame than MissingNo. Even encountering one will make your game save (you can see this happening while playing on Stadium 1 or 2). Catching an 'M and carrying it with you causes the most interesting (and glitched) Hall of Fame screens. Viewing the most glitched Hall of Fame screens will also cause your game to save. After viewing the Hall of Fame screens a few times (odd , blank screens, garbled Pokemon), the glitches appear to work themselves out and disappear. However, there is no way to restore your Hall of Fame records.
Battling with 'M can cause your game's graphics to be scrambled during battles. Wild Pokemon face away. When you register a hit on an enemy Pokemon, the image may break into scrambled lines of the opponent. Trainer sprites viewed through the menu looks like a scrambled Brock.
'M causes the 6th item in your held inventory to be increased by 128. This is a great way to get more evolution stones, Master Balls, Full Restores, and other expensive items
