David Banner, A native to the state of Mississippi, is a little known rapper anywhere except for in the southern parts of the United States (where he is famous and well-known). But, now he is coming out with a new album 'Certified' dropping September 6th.

So...has anyone heard of this rapper from the state of the 'Sip?
