Usually I don't like starting topics, especially ones about movies and such, because of how controversial it is. The opinions can just frustrate you, maybe even turn you away. But, I will post this one.

After seeing Dawn of the Dead, for the second time, I thought, there are many people on the forum who have seen it, or probably have thoughts of seeing it. I encourage that. My opinion is, for such a lousy age of movies, with the exception of a few (1 out of every 20-40) shown at the movies world-wide, Dawn of the Dead was very worthwhile. Even for the second time, which I had my doubts about, the movie wasn't ruined. Though it leaves many questions unanswered throughout the entire movie, and probably stirs the audience into talking, it is still good. I would definately put it on my good zombie movie list (but then again, most zombie movies are).

Post your opinions on the movie, good and bad. I'd especially like to hear negative remarks and what people didn't like or don't like about the movie and it's ethics.

I'm not allowed to see that stuff. My family says its satanic, mostly I think that movies without meaning stink =P Movies like "The Exorcist" usually mess with the mind, zombie, boogey men movies usually aren't much famous anyways. Maybe because it doesn't scare people anymore. People really like movies that mess with their minds, two of those movies are "The Exorcist" and "Pet Sematary". Those are truly scary movies, not flesh eating movies.. =P

Anyways, I don't plan of seeing it. I saw the previews, my uncle said it sucked. So I'm not seeing it. =/

I'm totally not into those kinds of movies. Why do they make movies like that? Ughh!

Movies like what? Zombie movies? Well, mainly because they used to be scary and are now very entertaining and/or funny. Dawn of the Dead was an example of a successful remake to an already profound zombie movie. The original Dead series were amazing (Night, Dawn, Day). But I can understand how you might feel negatively towards the movie. It did have it's bad points.

Saw it it's ok love a good horror movie...still it's not as good as it could have been...needs a sequel!

If you had even the slightest interest in that movie, you should see the original. It was not only an amazing movie, but did something that only a few other zombie movies to date have done.

    *Spoilers*

The zombies actually eat other zombies. SHOCK!

I just heard this movie actually won so much money, it even beat "Passion of the Christ" =/ I'm kinda dissapointed, since people these days prefer to see meaningless violence =P
