    If you didn't understand the title, a Tyranitar with Dragon Dance. It's other moves are Outrage, Earthquake, and Solid Edge (or stone edge, I can never remember)
     
    What's this about... is it a rating? Oh well whatever

    Adament Nature
    EVs: 252 Atk, 152 HP, 106 Spd
    -Dragon Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -Crunch/Taunt

    Outrage sucks without STAB, Crunch gives it a good STAB attack that hurts Ghosts hard, Taunt allows you to set up a couple of DDs before sweeping...

    Item is up to you, Life Orb provides a decent boost to attack even before a DD, Leftovers provides steady recovery, and Shell Bell provides recovery after a few DDs with better results than Leftovers

    what exactly does Taunt do again?
     
    Only allows attacking moves to be used by the opponent.

    Basically it means Tyranitar is protected from Haze/Roar/Whirlwind from making him lose his Dragon Dances

    Yeah...DDtar, IMO, needs taunt, and EQ and stone edge ar ethe best options. I find outrage silly on DDtar, especially since, as you said, DDnite does it so much better. Dragonite also has greater speed, so it won't take too long to set up.
