    This team has done fairly well through testing on Shoddy, so I just need to see if there are any glaring kinks that need ironing out before the team is finalised.

    A good lead, takes care of many common threats such as Weavile, Gengar, though has problems with sashers.

    Pretty standard CBMence. STAB CB D-claw hurts, Rock Slide over Stone Edge for the accuracy and flinch chance. EVs to switch into and to outrun SDLuke.

    I love Forry. Physical wall and rocker. Since Starmie has Rapid Spin, it gives me a free slot to use Light Screen as some team support. I'm at odds over the attack move, though.

    Special wall. Bold nature for the extra defence. Paralysis support is very useful for crippling threats.

    Is Swampert seen often enough to warrant Grass Knot on Deoxys-E? Ice Beam takes care of most other bulky Grounds, especially Gliscor, and the added coverage of Thunderbolt could help later in the game.
     
    A comparison between Grass Knot and Thunderbolt:

    Thunderbolt: With this, you're getting better coverage against Gyarados and Skarmory in particular. However, Starmie's pretty cool coverage against those. You do, however, get to take on Vaporeon for more damage than Grass Knot, for what it's worth, anyhow. Thunderbolt is also neutral vs. Forretress, which resists every other special move Deoxys usually carries and lols at Superpower.

    Grass Knot: Most Bulky Waters are going to take more damage from Grass Knot. Bulky Grounds can be hit by Ice Beam, but you can score some more points with Grass Knot, usually. Swampert's the big bonus. =O

    Thunderbolt usually provides you with better coverage (minus Swampert), while Grass Knot scores you more damage against things you already hit.

    I'll go into the team more later. I just totally wanted to post that.
     
    There is no good reason to have Thunderpunch on Infernape. Grass Knot does enough to Gyarados and WAY more to waters, and STAB Close Combat does more than supereffective Thunderpunch.

    The EVs are all messed up as it is. Because you lack special attack, even with Grass Knot you're walled horribly by waters (though they will take quite a bit of damage, MixApe still won't be able to sweep).

    There is no good reason to use your set over the standard besides a slightly more powerful Close Combat and slightly better Gyarados coverage. Meanwhile, all bulky waters wall you (even with Thunderpunch) and your Flamethrowers will be less powerful.

    As for Speed Deoxys, I really would go Thunderbolt >>> Grass Knot. your team has a bit of a Swampert problem, but it really isn't bad and Thunderbolt is a lot more essential for Deoxys's role as a revenge killer. Speaking of which, I don't see any good reason to lead with Speed Deoxys, especially when the most common lead on Shoddy is Bronzong who will get a free SR or Hypnosis in. All of those pokemon you mentioned can just switch out and pose an immediate threat to your team (especially Heracross who gives you a lot of problems). Besides, Deoxys is much better in the late game and when it is revenge killing stuff. It can't really do a lot of damage right away.

    As strange as it might seem, you also have trouble switching in on the standard Thunder Wave Blissey, and toxic versions aren't a whole lot nicer. Ice Beam also shuts down CBmence whether he switches in on it or not (since Dragon Claw won't OHKO Blissey).

    Flamethrower >>> Fire Blast on CBmence, unless you like missing. Flamethrower still 2HKOs Skarmory and OHKOs Forretress. The only use I possibly see is hitting Bronzong slightly harder, but really it doesn't hurt it all that bad and it misses all the time, not to mention it has awful PP.

    I agree with Azelf here that Resttalk Machamp >>> Infernape would help a lot. You'd have a more reliable switch on Blissey and you'd have TTar coverage, who absolutely punishes you.

    Generally Skarmbliss teams have trouble without any other support since they just can't wall a whole lot anymore (this is mostly aimed at Skarmory). If you wouldn't mind losing your Rapid Spinner, I think Cresselia >>> Starmie would give you better defenses, but that's more of your call. You have a lot of trouble with dragons thoughy, and Cress does well against those.
     
    Okay, I'll make the changes, but I'll have a think about Resttalk Machamp.

    Who would you reccomend to use as my lead then, if D-E is more vialbe for late game? I'm also thinking I could use Ice Beam >>> T-Bolt on Starmie now Deoxys has it, but I'm not sure. I also have the option of using Forry >>> Skarm so I can have both on Star, but then I lack a phazer.

    You could lead with Salamence for an immediate intimidate, but you still have nothing on Bronzong leads. Perhaps you should go ResTalk Machamp and lead with it.
     
    I'm still at odds about whther to use Resttalk Machamp. I like both him and Infernape, but of course I want to use whichever is best for my team.

    I've been sleeping on it, and I'd quite like to use Forry over Skarm. Which leaves me wondering what to do with Starmie, as then I won't need Rapid Spin on her. So if I do use Forry, should I go Specstar? D_A suggested Bronzong to me as well, so I guess I need sets for them both. I quite like the notion of Light Screen on Forry though, so does it have any use here?

    Balenced and standard. not much more to say. although i do prefer naive nature on deoxys e seeing as your going the speed route. it does better aginst most first priority moves such as bullet punch fake out, and maybe even extreme speed pending the pokemon using them. thats about my only suggestion thus far. other than that its good.
     
    Okay, I've made a few changes, so I need to know if there are any further changes I need to make. I also need help on a lead, may make it Machamp so I don't need to fear Hypnosis leads.

    I would lead with mence, so you can get an auto Intimidate and have a decent amount of speed. D-E dies to Scarf Gar etc.
