The Fearow and Deoxys definetely are.
The Bronzong has a Japanese name, I got it from a friend that I've been trading with for a while from another site so I'm pretty sure it's legit.
The Fearow is Female and the other can't have genders.
And I've got no idea what their IV's are, sorry.

i could try to clone using the GTS on my Girlfriends Pokemon Pearl trying to beat a bloody annoying Gym leader at the moment
i kick her ass til she uses the stupid dog thing and it just wipes me :(

How many shinys would you trade for one event? As I dont need any of the events you have? So you wanna be a master of Pokemon? Do you got the skills to be numbah one?
