Ah I see. Well I have the results for your Manaphy. In my opinion, it's Hacked.

Here's the results for it:

It may seem 'legit', but from what I know, a Legit Manaphy looks like this (I don't know about the IV's though):

I suppose whoever made it, either PokeSav'd an Egg for it, or Changed the Manaphy's PID to that of a normal Egg. (I highly doubt it though, since Eggs use different algorithms which means, It doesn't matter what PID A normal Egg has)

I'll be heading on Wi-Fi now to return the Manaphy. Also, here's my Results for the Jirachi:

Lmao. Well, according to the Hack Checker it is. It was either RNG'd or lucky. I still doubt it, so I'm going to ask a Mod about it before I decide on trading/battling with it though :/

Stats: 26/14/16/17/16/16 (IV: flawless, really hoping I didn't fall for it again, but I really want a shiny jirachi)
Move Set: Wish, Confusion, Rest
Ball Caught in: Pokeball

I don't think a Jirachi can be in a regular pokeball, I think its hacked
 
Actually cherish ball wasn't implemented until 4th gen and wishmkr is a third gen so i think it did come in a pokeball the ot and ID are what it's supposed to be so it could be legit but it is best to check it to be sure

Yeah I checked all the basic stuff (OT, ID, Dates, IV, etc) in the trade. So it could be legit. I'm really hoping it is.
 
I just noticed you forgot to attach the items! I need the electirizer but I could care less about the leftovers.
