Too much energy. Cut it down to around 17. Add more Prof. Oak's New Theory, and other trainers/supporters/stadiums/tools.

Made changes to this deck too. This deck is supposed to be able to control what cards I have in my hand at any given time in the game. If anyone could give me tips on how to make this work?

Well, the HGSS - Unleashed Prerelease Promo Blastoise will apparently make Feraligatr Prime more viable, so I'd look into that.
