It's an amazing concept. Dragon Dance, Outrage, Tbolt, Fire blast. Tbolt and fireblast can knock out its counters early, and DD plus outrage is great for late game sweeping.

Kay, which poke(s) did you want? Also, Ice Punch is an egg move as well, but that doesn't matter, I'll just gather the shards.

ALso, lol at goldmuse. You don't really want to take away S. def. Also, You've got it as a mainly special move user, but it has DD, which won't help to at all. He also doesn't have STAB on any of the moves, which is very helpful, especially with Crunch and Stone Edge. In, fact, I just checked Shoddy and nowhere in any of his sets does he prefer Rash.

Not doing Calm Togepi Ivs make no sense Calm lowers Attack and just because it's not 31, 30 still counts as being perfect. Also there's only a 12% chance at female.

I already did it. I checked Serebii and it only lists Ice Punch as an Plat. Tutor.
