sorry i dont know the IVs since that is kinda old and i forgot the EVs i gave him
but i can tell it had 31 in speed since that is a perfect stat

I have a shiny ev'd Regice, shiny ev'd Registeel, a shiny level 1 Mudkip, and a shiny level 1 Piplup. The last two are nicknamed, but you can get someone here to rename them if you want.
