4th Gen Defeated the E4!

At first I was just challenging them for the EXP... but I actually defeated them! However, I've come to a problem. I was wondering where should I train... my highest pokemon is a L57 while my lowest is a L53.

Well for now untill you complete the sinoh dex your going to have to continue battling the E4.

or you could go battle the trainers by stark mountain and on route 224

Continue battling elite 4 again or head to battle islands and train there.
