Denial Deck (EXP)

My local league is gonna run expanded for 2 months a year starting with December, so building a deck for it.

Really it's a denial deck. Toad denies items, Jolteon denies Basic attacks and Glaceon denies evo attacks.

Karen is there to step on NM, Ghestis is there to help toad shut down item heavy decks. Manaphy affords free retreat for anything with a rainbow basically, and Magearna stops any status effects, discards, attack denial/reductions etc on the same principle.

Any ideas on how I can tighten this?
