how did you find deoxys? i'm looking all over birth island and no sign of D, can ya help? all there is, is a triangular stone that moves to two diffrent place every time I touch it
There is new information on www.pokemon.com that tells you how to catch Deoxys!! According to the directions You can get the ticket at Pokemon Rocks America and at certain stores.
Trainer2004 it also tells you about the triangle rock and what to do with it.

Last time I read that article (like..3 days ago), it didn't. You're supposed to touch the Triangle to make it move. Then once it moves, you have to reach it and touch it again in the least amount of steps possible. Keep doing that until it explodes. If you take one step more than needed, the "puzzle" will reset. Like Aaryn said, Ninjask's ability increases it speed by one stage each turn (in laymens terms: Current Speed x 1.5=New Speed x 1.5 and so on). All Ninjask would have to do is use Protect first turn to stall the first turn off to get the speed it needs. And Pokemon using Protect ALWAYS go first even if it had 0 Speed.
