I have succesfully cloned a Deoxeys and I can clone more so if anybody wants one, offer up!

c) Japanese, level 50+, ID no./OT: unknown, in cherish ball, has classic ribbon, given away at Pokemon Fiesta event
d) Netherlands (DEOXYS still I guess), level 70+, ID no: 28606, OT: DOEL, in pokeball, given away at the TV Toy Museum Destiny Deoxys movie event

P.S. Mewtwo is holding a Skull Fossil. Take it to the museum in Orgebrogh City and it will become a Cranidos. (They're exclusive to Diamond.)
