Design-a-Pokemon Planning. Help needed!

Thanks, and I wasn't really sure about the prize part. Also, I just took the CSS from Hiroshi's main post.

If okay, I think we should keep it as two now that things are starting to progress farther.
As for the thread, the CSS was good use because like I said it kept the thread more organized.

When you meant about how we need to go in order on each aspect though, what exactly did you mean?

I mean what order would it be easiest to create a Pokemon in.

The order you have it listed on at the moment for the thread looks pretty solid. I think it should more so be up to the participants on how they would like to start and finish it. As long as they get it completed in time for judging then that is all that should count, correct?

Shouldn't there be 3 prizes?

I looked at the first emblem designs that were made by Cherii, who only created two. So, Kaori and I simply based it off that idea and kept it at two as well. We had to get them done for today though, so we put most of our time in both of them.

What's the difference between a host and a co-host? I think we all signed up to be a host (or an Event Organizer), not anything else.

A Co-Host is the same role as a Host of the event, and basically does the samething. Whether you are a host or co-host you still play a role in making this event successful, in which we all are trying to work together and build it up to that point. It is just a title, but nevertheless we are still organizers for this event, in which is what we are currently planning.

So, I wouldn't worry to much in what you are considered but more on getting the event ready before the PokéCommunity Get-Together begins. We've really gotten everything down pack, but like said there is still discussion on how each aspect of the event will be placed.

It should be up to the contestant the order that they complete the challenge, but I still think that we should present it in the order that would be easiest for someone to make a Pokemon.

LGLT pretty much clears that up, but if you want your title changed, feel free to ask and I will comply.

I looked it over, and I think Other Aspects should be brought up more to the beginning where Players choose the name of their Pokémon as well as ability, etc. It seems to be more of an early stage step and will also help when it comes down into actually describing or spriting the Pokémon.

Also, thank you. :)

Please comment with edits. Tommorow I will edit what you think needs to be fixed and post an official thread for it. Tell me how well the colors are, and if all of the Jump to links work. I know I need to edit:

broken hyperlinks
add to keep updated where they are in making the pokemon so the event doesn't become a 'dud'
include when sign ups are, etc.

Spoiler:

You put two dashes instead of one on the "Design-a-Pokémon team" title. All of the links work, but "Participants" comes after "Example" though the example is above the participants in the actual text (I hope you understood that xD). Lastly, everything that is "Poke" should become "Poké." Sorry if I'm a perfectionist. :P

By the way, if "host" and "co-host" is the same, why not simply make us all hosts?

The kinks are pretty much worked out by deku and the official first thread is completed as you'll see on another thread made. It looks really well done and no worries, we are all considered "hosts" now.

Only a few more days to get things running, so if you want to invite anyone you know to join at the start date, then don't be ashamed as other event hosts are doing so by sign up threads. It'll give our participants a few days extra to get ready, but like deku said if they put in effort into it, then it shouldn't take them all that long to complete.

Yay. :D I can't wait to see what the participants will come up with. 8)

I'll try to invite as much people as I can.

Also, we can all judge. I was thinking about the sign-up threads, but I'm not sure if we should do so.

Sign Up thread shouldn't be needed now, all members can see the Get-Together thread, except the sub-forum. Plus, the events begin tomorrow, all that needs to be done now is for deku to post the Official Thread onto the forum with the right CSS Coding Hiroshi issued everyone.

However, it is nice to know we all judge though, this should be pretty fun. I'm more interested in seeing the ideas that other members come up with though.
