Well, you dont have to much to rate here. Here is how you should organize your pokemon movesets so people can understand them better.

Spirtomb is always good, no weaknesses, and good stats, so i would chose him. The only acceptable HM to teach a pokemon is Surf, and all other are wrong, so dont use them. Torterra is ok, but dont teach it Petal Dance. Dont use Return. Teach it Flash Cannon. Either use Surf or Hydro Pump, and i would go with Surf.
