hello im working on a fire red rom as base and i have multiple problems i can't deal with
sad to say im bad at scripting among other things .
my current issue is the following :

-when i change trainer amount with A-Trainer the game has errors, how do i add trainers
safely? (would like to double the amount)
i would greatly appretiate any help

Don't use A-Trainer to expand number of max trainers!!!
It will not work. Each Trainer has a flag . So if you expand Number of trainers they will overwrite other flags and vars. So you will always get errors. Btw , how 743 trainers isn't enough!!!!

Don't use A-Trainer period. It's extremely outdated. There are far better trainer editors, like Hopeless Trainer Editor or the one in Gen 3 Tools.

There's currently no way to expand trainers unless you want to do ASM, which I doubt someone as new as you seem is going to be able to do - but don't let that discourage you! Learn some ASM so you can do cool stuff.

There are some free space for trainers in fire red just edit the trainers with a lv5 ekans....
I agree with trev don't use A-Trainer.... There are lots of trainer editors out there.... HopelessTrainerEditor, UnnamedTrainerEditor, Gen3Tools and I think there are more....
