Development Team Needed.

I would like to create a new pokemon game (Obviously)
The game would be based around pokemon pearl/diamond.
The team at first needs to pick a program in which we can do the game, so ill leave that to later.
I need people to do:
Scripting
Map creation (on paper)
tile sets for custom maps
A few new added pokemon (pre evolutions, and evolutions)
And maybe if we have people with the right skill a "pokemon mystery dungeon" type battle system.
