I like the look of what this dude can do to teams, so I thought I'd try him out. Huge Power ability + STAB effect + Splash plate + Aqua Jet + Waterfall = Bye bye =] Brick Break to break those annoying barriers and then Return or D.E as a general sweeping move. No access to Ice punch so please don't recommend it XD

Any item you aren't sure of should be replaced with Leftovers in the end.
Would it be good to suggest adding Rain Dance to Dewgong with its
Hydration ability, paired with Rest? Though Dewgong isn't exactly hard to
take out, it certainly makes it harder to beat.

The attacks that are available to Dewgong... Well to say the least... Suck. I
mean, you can get Ice Beam and Surf, but nearly all the good Water-types
can learn those in the end. The only thing /really/ unique about Dewgong is
that it learns Signal Beam, but you aren't taking anything out with it either.

A better choice may be Lapras - it certainly gets the job done better, is a bit
stronger and more durable, is immune to Water-type attacks, and has access
to Thunderbolt as well.

If you're serious about Azumarill, I suggest you /get/ access to Ice Punch ;)

Do not use Splash Plate. It raises your Aqua Jet power to a puny 44 and
Waterfall by 8 points of power. You can consider items like Choice Band, Life
Orb, Expert Belt, etc.

Your Leafeon, though acceptable, does not perform to its maximum. Do not
consider using Iron Tail, it's oh so very inaccurate. If anything, Leafeon
should have Swords Dance to further boost its attack power, and perhaps
Baton Pass if you want it to support the team as well.

It's ability, Leaf Guard is phenomenal in the sunlight, but that would require a
second Pokemon to back it up then. Even so, it's no Tangrowth :|

Dewgong is no Manaphy, of course, but it does get bragging rights for being able to utilize the Hydration+Rest strategy, a trait that only Manaphy, Phione, and Dewgong have.

Set up Rain Dance, and when you get low on health, use Rest and you'll wake up instantly thanks to its ability, Hydration. But like I said; Dewgong is no Manaphy. Meaning it does Manaphy's job, but not as effectively. Its still fragile, mediocre, and has got a terrible movepool :[

We can see that. I thought you knew better than nuetral natures :/ But dewgond can't attack that well, and two quick attack moves is fairly redundant. Rest + Hydration is your friend. Lefties for the item, spewgong is a defensive pokemon.

Splash plate? What the...? Again, I thought you knew better...BB is pretty useless since it doesn't really hit anything return and Waterfall don't. Any filler move works, even ice beam could have benefits lol.

Notice leaf blade and X-Scizzor kill many ice foes you fear :P
Wish might be beneficial for healing. So yeah.

Answers in bold. And never use iron tail inless it gains STAB and there are no better options, which is almost never the case :P
