Walrein is a vital member of my main battling team and also was featured on my OC trainer's team, so my vote definitely goes to it. I like Dewgong too, but Walrein is EPIC.
 
I'm goin' for Dewgong. Of course Walrein has better stats, it's NEWER. Dewgong's also a lot more simple in design. So... yeah. Dewgong~
 
Walrein is a beast and it's design is a lot more interesting than Dewgong's. :P
