Where is a good spot to train this guy? Right now I'm just inside the cave that goes out to the waterfall for the E4 building. He is one of my top contenders right now so i need to train him. he does a good job of resisting attacks from the first few E4 members.

What level is he? I took the E4 on with him when he was lvl 53 and he blasted through them all. But maybe you want to train him to 60 or so using Vs. Seeker. May take a while but it's the best way. GO through victory Road again and make sure you've battled everyone.

Because you might wanna boost its attack or special attack , according with its nature.

I would suggest either using the Vs Seeker against trainers on the route to Sunyshore, or simply train in the Victory Road.
