Dialog box/fonts too big to fit, couldn't resize

So following the case of missing fonts of months ago, I managed to fix it, but later on I found another problem. Turns out some of the dialog boxes becoming too big to even fit the monitor while I'm not sure on how to resize it because it's disabled (because usually it's small). In some other cases, the fonts becoming too big to fit the box, just like this:

Because this affects several apps that I'm using, I want to ask, do you have any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Are you using display scaling in settings? Some applications don't play well with it.

I don't think I use the display scaling settings on it.
