These are for the english version.
How does the pokemon modifier work?
Lets say that you want Mew.
1. Enable the code (press L+R)
2. Look for a pokedex online, you see that mew's pokedex entry is 151.
3. Subtract 342 from the total number of masterballs the code gives you (493). That number should be 151.
4. Hold L, and run through a grassy patch, until you get a random battle
(Credit to whoever did this, I don't know who)
Haven't tested it, although the directions look familiar to the ones posted earlier on here.
