Use as much base stat riser items as you want *
1208450C 00002500
12084A70 00009714
* : means as much carbon, zinc... as you want (the game should always 'think' you just used one of these items). (Not 100% tested, but SHOULD work)
Using a base stat riser item sets your base stat to
92085114 00009806
12085116 000020XX
D2000000 00000000
XX : 00~FF (0~255), will be the new base stat value.
Not 100% tested but SHOULD work
Set Wild Pokémon's IVs Code *
12066C9C 20XX
12066CB2 20XX
12066CC8 20XX
12066CDE 20XX
12066CF4 20XX
12066D0A 20XX
* : You should replace each XXs with the number you want (00~1F) to set each IV value (1F will max out the IVs). I guess that the IV are, in the codes order : HP, Attack, Defense, Speed, Special Attack, Special Defense.
