Good luck dude, I did the same thing and I couldn't find a decent code to save my life. Take it from me, try to return the codebreaker and get an action replay.

I can't return it. I'm pretty much stuck with it. So can someone help? Please? All I need are a Wild Pokemon are Shiny code, a Make your own Pokemon, and an Item MOD. Can someone please help me? I'll give you a Cherish Ball (I can hack that :P) in return!

Im new at this stuff but I just got a action replay the codes on codejunkies.com don't work could someone help with it or maybe redirect me to better codes.

Level Modifier:

Replace XX with the level you want in HEX. A simple way would be to use the computer calculator, set it to scientific, make sure its on DEC, put in the level you want, then switch to HEX. If you don't have a calculator, here are the values for 2 levels:
