4th Gen Diamond/Pearl Glitch thread

D/P Cloning Trick!

1. Put the Pokemon you want to clone into your Party, from the BOX. If you already have it in the party, put them into the BOX, save, and take the Pokemon out.

2. Save your game. Then, when you boot up your DS (Lite), change the hour by an amount (30 Min, 60 Min, so on).

3. Reload the Pokemon Diamond/Pearl save.

4. The team should be of the current save file, but the BOX should be of the previous file.

I don't really understand this myself, so sadly I can't give any plausible information.

Well, the YouTube videos are gone now, thanks to Pokemon USA. Yay for them, and now we can't see them again.

I'll see if I can get anything else.

Yup they were cause i was trying to do it. I couldn't use surf on the door so I used the AR cheat to walk thur anything and then I followed the directions and I couldn't use the Exploration kit on all of them.

So nope the glitches don't work for the American games of Diamond or Pearl. Which bites cause i wanted Shaymin.

Then why don't you just use your AR to get the ticket to the place where you get Shymin?

Does the E4 Glitch work on the English version?
 
No, It doesn't. The only way you can do it is by playing the 1st-wave Pokemon Diamond. The Glitch is patched in the english version and the only way you can do it is by AR
 
Ok, this has probably already been answered, but does the cloning glitch work in the English version?
 
I've said this a billion times and i'll say it a billion more. NO THE E4GLITCH NO LONGER WORKS(even with ARDS)and YES, THE CLONING GLITCH DOES WORK!!!!!!!!!

I tried it, didn't work. It was not in the party, but it was in the box.
 
i heard aa glitch about a pokemon that you cant see. iparently it was a mistake from pokemon and u need it to complete the game
 
Ooke I don't try that because I don't wanna crash mine game.
 
Although this has nothing to do with the glitches everyone is talking about, do you think my game is glitched when I fight the Tower Tycoon (At the battle park) and the trainer sprite for the tower tycoon is the same as a scientist on the game, and then not recieving any battle points after beating him? (I already have 21 consecutive wins)
 
i'm pretty sure this ditto glitch wasn't posted so:
if your ditto gets ko-ed after having used transform, after the battle it get stuck with the other pokémon's moves o_O
it happened to me twice, once trying to duplicate items in a double battle and the second time vs a heracross
