For the heck of it, I've decided to post the team I've been working on:
I need item help and EV training help. Thanks.

    Gliscor@ ???
    Nature: Adamant
Ability: Sand Veil Blah... I know. But this Gligar has 31 IVs for Attack, 29 IVs for Speed, 25 IVs for Special Defense, and 28 IVs for Defense. And its HP IVs are a respectable 19/20.
    Earthquake
    Aerial Ace
    Cross Poison
    Swords Dance

    Weavile@ ???
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Pressure
    Ice Punch
    Faint Attack/Pursuit (? Perhaps)
    X-Scissor
    Shadow Claw

    Machamp@ ???
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Guts
    Brick Break
    Fire Punch
    Rock Slide
    Facade

    Gardevoir@ ???
    Nature: Modest
    Ability: Synchronize
    Psychic
    Thunderbolt
    Shadow Ball
    Will-o-Wisp (To Activate Machamp's Guts)

    Ampharos@ ???
    Nature: Modest
    Ability: Static
    Discharge
    Signal Beam
    Power Gem
    Light Screen

    Octillery@ ???
    Nature: Modest
    Ability: Sniper
    Octazooka
    Energy Ball
    Flash Cannon
    Flamethrower

    Advice would be appreciated.

how exactly do you want to use Gliscor? a physical wall is the best way to go, but i have a friend who has a novelty choice scarf set.

    Weavile @ Expert Belt/Life Orb
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Pressure
    212 SPD/108 HP/188 ATK
    -Ice Punch
    -Pursuit/Night Slash/Swords Dance
    -Brick Break
    -Substitute/Aerial Ace

the problem with have an adamant weavile is that you have to make up for the lack of speed that you lost without Jolly nature. if you want to go with Substitute + Swords Dance, then Ice Punch + Brick Break have very good coverage. if you want to just go with a full attacking Life Orb Weavile, then go with a basic 252 ATK/252 SPEED ev setup.

uh i won't comment on Machamp because it seems that you don't know how to use it, quite clearly.

what do you want to do with gardevoir? choice scarf? choice specs? will-o-wisp? trick room (you have a generally slow team)? make a decision and just don't throw random attacks together.

    Ampharos @ Leftovers/Shuca Berry
    Nature: Calm Nature
    Ability: Static
    240 HP/216 SP DEF/52 SP ATK
    -Thunderbolt
    -Focus Blast
    -Reflect
    -Thunderwave/Substitute

    special wall and support (reflect).

    Octillery @ Choice Specs
Nature: Modest/Quiet (give it quiet if you want to use trick room)
Ability: Suction Cups (stops skarmory right in its tracks)
    252 SP ATK/252 HP/4 SP DEF
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Energy Ball
    -Flamethrower

octillery with choice specs is pretty damn awesome.

    Advice would be appreciated.

there you go. let me know what it is what you want to do with gliscor, machamp, and gardevoir, and i'll come on back.
