i have a empoleon lv38, ponyta lv37, luxray lv37, and starraptor lv37. i think i have a pretty good team, i just beat the 6th gym leader. the steel one. i want some suggestions on what poke i should catch. i only want one more poke in my party, the last spot is for dialga. but what should i get that is strong and will be at its final evolution at around lv36-40? also where do i find it?

Something Psychic. My recommendation is Kadabra/Alakazam. And you're also missing Fighting (just noticed). Meditite/Medicham, maybe.

Roselia's evo, Rozureido (dunno it's English name sorry) is a good choice to go with.

And I also recommend not using Dialga, Giratina is a much better choice IMO that's if you're going to have a legendary in your team.
