    is there a diamond or pearl rom that has been made remade on the gba emualtor
     
    I don't think ROM discussion is allowed here, but there are no extra roms made for emulators, just the standard one available, hope i helped

    Trying not to be rude, the simple answer to your question is:No.
    And this isn't the place to talk about roms. Not to forget that roms aren't allowed at PC. :\
