4th Gen Did anyone find capturing Dialga and Palkia hard?

    This is in Platinum by the way.

    I have just recently got dialga and palkia, and for both of them i captured with my first ultra ball:p i was hoping they would be hard to capture like darkrai was and the threee fairies.

    Also i wish we could of gone to their lair and have to search to find them.( But i guessed that they live in space so yeah:p)

    Anyone have trouble capturing them?
     
    It's something the implemented in Platinum. Anyway, I haven't gotten them on Platinum yet, but I plan on doing it later today.
     
    Lol, they were so easy for me too. Like max 5 ultras for both.

    I found the legendary birds the hardest. Heatran was annoying too -.-". For some reason heatran is really difficult to catch in plat, in diamond/pearl it was really easy =/.

    I spent 100 dusk balls and 3-4 hours getting all the birds... All wrong natures for competitive battling lol. And I used my master ball on Darkrai ^^. I plan on restarting Plat to get another Darkrai.
     
    Is it true? Then that's why I got them with only one quick ball on my TT Platinum... On my Catridge one I didn't even got them. might aim for a shiny...
     
    Palkia was a bit hard for me. It took me about 12-20 ultras ti capture it.

    As for Dialga, it only took me a Timer Ball and 3 Ultras.​
     
    Really, I used a Poké Ball on both of them! I put them in Yellow first, then I threw a Pokéball and I caught them. They were so easy!
     
    No, I didn't really find capturing them to be that difficult. I used maybe two or three Ultra Balls on both of them...
     
    I had spear Masterballs from Pearl which I got from Emerald so they were easy to catch =]

    I just caught them the other day. Dialga took one Ultra Ball (same as in Diamond, I recall). Palkia took three. I lowered both of them to the red, no status effects.

    But yeah, they're really easy to catch. Same catch rate as a Chatot? I knew it wasn't hard, but I didn't think it was that easy...
     
    In Diamond - Surprisingly simple, only 2 ultra balls and that's it (weakened it first, btw).
    In Platinum - Took me FOREVER, considering it's lvl 70. I used 142 ultra balls to catch it, and it was red health (GRRRR!!!!)
     
    They both have a catch rate of 30, which is 10 times as high as Giratina so a quick ball each was enough for me.
     
    were do you find em to catch em?
