4th Gen Did anyone finish the villa in platinum?

    I'm curious. At one playthrough, I had a lot of items and had plenty of people visit my house. Did anyone managed to get all the items for the villa? If so, around how much did it cost and does anything special happen?
     
    Haha! I went there like, once and for about it. Once of these days I will. :D
     
    I didn't end up completing it but that was more because I wanted to take part in other parts of Platinum instead like the battle frontier and chaining. It was a neat extra but not the most exciting one.

    Apparently the more stuff you got the more visitors to your villa you got as well, so that's something of interest.
     
    If the visitors battled you or gave you good items or decent Pokemon trades, then I would have bothered with the villa, but yeah. I have it, but I don't contribute to it. I forget it's even there tbh.
     
    I actually got all of them, due to my no life status according to my friends...was expensive but I guess it was worth it.

    I finished my villa... The old rich people south of Hearthome City (Route 212) really give you a lot of money when you have the Amulet coin and beat them... (

    Sometimes certain NPCs visit, but they do nothing more than talk IIRC...

    that sucks.......well 212 was a good tip. I'll battle them multiple times and try to buy the villa out just for kicks.
     
    Yep, completed the villa. No, nothing special happened. I actually just got most of the money from repeated Elite Four battles trying to get my team to level 100. I didn't even bother with route 212, tbh. Then again, I was after both money and loads of expeeience at the time.
     
    Yeah i got the money from doing the elite four too. I just put an amulet coin on something and fight. And its fun to own them once in a while ;3
