Did anyone notice that shuckle has the HIGHEST DEF. AND SP. DEF?

Also, does anyone think that shuckle could stand as a blissy replacement? If so, this is my moveset. Please talk about this topic.

Even though it has the highest defences... it's lack of HP makes up its downfall, Blissey is still one of (if not the) best out there for walling

Most teams with a shuckle = fail, so don't bother, at least blissey can counter things, whereas shuckles just die.
